From Adam to Abraham

1. Adam, Seth, Enos,
2. Cainan, Mahalaleel, Jared,
3. Enoch, Methuselah, Lamech, Noah.
4. These were the sons of Noah: Shem, Ham and Japheth.
5. These were the sons of Japheth: Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech and Tiras.
6. These were the sons of Gomer: Ashkenaz, Riphath and Togarmah.
7. These were the sons of Javan: Elishah, Tarshish, Chittim and Rodanim.
8. These were the sons of Ham: Cush, Mizraim, Futh and Canaan.
9. These were the sons of Cush: Sebá, Havilá, Sabtá, Raamá and Sabtecá. And these were the sons of Raamah: Sheba and Dedan.
10. Cush begat Nimrod, who was the first powerful on earth.
13. Mizraim begat the Luddites, the Annamites, the Leabites, the Naftuites,
12. the Patrusites, the Kasluites, and later the Philistines and the Kaphtorites.
13. Canaan begat Sidon, his firstborn, and Heth,
14. and the Jebusites, the Amorites, the Girgashites,
15. the Hivites, the Archites, the Sinites,
16. the Arvadites, the Zemarites and the Hamathites.
17. These were the sons of Shem: Elam, Assur, Arphaxad, Lud and Aram. And these were the sons of Aram: Uz, Hul, Gether and Meshech.
18. Arphaxad begat Shelah, and Shelah begat Heber.
19. To Heber were born two sons: one was called Peleg, because in his days the land was divided, and his brother was called Joktan.
20. Joktan begat Almodah, Saleph, Hazarmaveh, Jerah,
21. Adorão, Uzal, Dicla,
22. Ebal, Abimael, Sheba,
23. Ophir, Havilah and Jobab. These were all sons of Joktan.
24. Shem, Arphaxad, Salah,
25. Heber, Peleg, Rehu,
26. Serug, Nahor, Terah
27. and Abram, which is Abraham.
28. These were the sons of Abraham: Isaac and Ishmael.
29. These were his descendants: Nebaioth, the firstborn of Ishmael, Kedar, Adbeel, Mibsam,
30. Misma, Duma, Massá, Hadad, Tema,
31. Jetur, Nafis and Kedemah. These were the sons of Ishmael.
32. These were the sons of Abraham by Keturah, his concubine: Zimram, Jocsan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak and Shuah. And these were the sons of Jocsan: Sheba and Dedan.
33. The sons of Midian were Ephah, Epher, Enoch, Abida and Elda. All of these were descendants of Keturah.
34. Abraham fathered Isaac. These were the sons of Isaac: Esau and Israel.
35. These were the sons of Esau: Eliphaz, Reuel, Jehus, Jalam and Korah.
36. These were the sons of Eliphaz: Teman, Omar, Zepho, Gaethan and Kenaz; and also Timnah, Eliphaz's concubine, had Amalek.
37. These were the sons of Reuel: Naath, Zerah, Shamah and Miza.
38. These were the sons of Seir: Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah, Dishon, Ezer and Dishan.
39. These were the sons of Lotan: Hori and Homan; and Lotan's sister was called Timnah.
40. These were the sons of Shobal: Alvan, Manaath, Ebal, Sepho and Onan; and these were the sons of Zibeon: Ahiah and Anah.
41. Anah's son was Dishon; and these were the sons of Dishon: Hendan, Ezban, Itram and Cheran.
42. These were the sons of Ezer: Bilam, Zaavan and Jaakan; and these were the sons of Dishan: Uz and Aram.

The kings of Edom

43. These were the kings who reigned in the land of Edom before there were kings over the children of Israel: Bela son of Beor; and his city was called Dinabah.
33. And Bela died; and Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.
45. Jobab also died, and Hushan of the land of the Temanites reigned in his place.
46. Hushan died, and Hadad the son of Bedad, who defeated Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his place; and his city was called Avite.
47. Hadad also died, and Shamlah of Masrekah reigned in his place.
48. Shamlah also died, and in his place Saul reigned from Rehoboth on the Euphrates.
49. Saul also died, and Baal-hanan son of Achbor reigned in his place.
50. Baal-hanan also died, and Hadad reigned in his place; and his city was called Pahu, and his wife's name was Mehetabel, daughter of Matred and granddaughter of Me-Zahab.
51. Hadad also died, and the chiefs in his place were: Shamlah, of Masrekah; and Saul from Rehoboth by the Euphrates.
52. Saul also died, and Baal-hanan son of Achbor reigned in his place.
53. Baal-hanan also died, and Hadad reigned in his place; and his name was Father, and the name of his city was Avith.
54. Hadad also died, and the chiefs in his place were: Shamlah, of Masrekah; and Saul from Rehoboth by the Euphrates.
