- 1. O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! Your glory is sung in the heavens.
- 2. From the lips of children and babies you established your fortress, to silence your adversaries, to silence the vengeful enemy.
- 3. When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars that you set there,
- 4. I ask: What is mortal man that you remember him, and the son of man that you visit him?
- 5. You made him a little lower than the divine beings and crowned him with glory and honor.
- 6. You made him rule over the works of your hands; You have put everything under his feet:
- 7. all flocks and herds, and even wild animals,
- 8. the birds of the air, the fish of the sea, and everything that walks along the paths of the seas.
- 9. O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!
