- 1. Save me, O God, by your name; defend me by your power.
- 2. Hear my prayer, O God; pay attention to the words in my mouth.
- 3. For foreigners have risen up against me, and cruel men seek my life; they do not have God before them.
- 4. Behold, God is my helper; the Lord is with those who sustain my soul.
- 5. He will repay evil to my enemies; for your faithfulness, destroy them!
- 6. With a willing heart I will offer sacrifices to you; I will praise your name, O Lord, for it is good.
- 7. For he delivered me from all troubles, and my eyes have seen the defeat of my enemies.
