publicidad
Verses from Psalms, Chapter 5 of the book of Psalms in the Bible.
- 1. Hear, Lord, my words, attend to my groaning.
- 2. Hear my supplication, O King and my God, for to you I pray.
- 3. In the morning you hear my voice, Lord; In the morning I present my prayer to you and I wait.
- 4. For you are not a God who delights in injustice; evil does not dwell with you.
- 5. The arrogant are not accepted before your eyes; you hate all who do evil.
- 6. You will destroy the liars; the Lord detests bloodthirsty and fraudulent man.
- 7. But I, through the greatness of your mercy, will enter your house; in reverence I will bow to your holy temple.
- 8. Guide me, Lord, in your righteousness, because of my enemies; make your path plain before me.
- 9. For in his mouth there is no sincerity; his heart is wicked, his throat is an open tomb; with their tongue they flatter.
- 10. Declare them guilty, O God! May they fall by their own plans; Cast them out because of their many transgressions, for they have rebelled against you.
- 11. But let all those who take refuge in you rejoice; always sing for joy! Extend your protection over them, so that those who love your name may rejoice in you.
- 12. For you, Lord, bless the righteous; your kindness protects him like a shield.
