- 1. The fool says in his heart: “There is no God!” They corrupted themselves and practiced abominations; there is no one who does good.
- 2. God looks down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there are any who have understanding, who seek God.
- 3. All have gone astray, together they have become corrupt; There is no one who does good, there is not even one.
- 4. Do not the evildoers learn, those who devour my people as if they ate bread, and do not call on God?
- 5. They will be filled with great fear, where there is no reason to fear. For God has scattered the bones of those around you; you confounded them, because God rejected them.
- 6. Oh, that salvation would come to Israel from Zion! When God restores his people, Jacob will rejoice, Israel will rejoice!
