Psalms, Chapter 76:

1. In Judah God is known; his name is great in Israel.
2. His tent is in Salem; His dwelling place is in Zion.
3. There he breaks the shining arrows, the shields, the swords and the weapons of war.
4. You shine with light! You are more majestic than the mountains full of spoil.
5. The brave were stripped; sleep their last sleep; none of the warriors can raise their hands.
6. At your rebuke, O God of Jacob, horses and chariots stand still.
7. You alone are fearful; who can stand before you when you rage?
8. You pronounced your judgment from heaven, and the earth shook and was silent,
9. when you rose up, O God, to judge, to save all the oppressed of the earth.
10. Surely the wrath of man will praise you; with the rest of wrath thou shalt gird thyself.
11. Make vows to the Lord your God and fulfill them; bring gifts to all those around you, to the one who is fearful.
12. He crushes the spirit of princes and is feared by the kings of the earth.
