Psalms, Chapter 63:

Verses from Psalms, Chapter 63 of the book of Psalms in the Bible.

1. O God, you are my God, I seek you intensely; my soul thirsts for you! My whole being longs for you, in a dry, exhausted and waterless land.
2. I want to contemplate you in the sanctuary and see your power and your glory.
3. Your love is better than life! Therefore my lips will exalt you.
4. As long as I live I will bless you, and in your name I will lift up my hands.
5. My soul will be satisfied as when it has an abundant feast; with joyful lips my mouth will praise you.
6. When I go to bed, I remember you; I think of you during the watches of the night.
7. Because you are my help, I sing for joy in the shadow of your wings.
8. My soul clings to you; your right hand upholds me.
9. But those who wish to destroy me will be destroyed; they will descend to the depths of the earth.
10. They will be delivered to the sword and devoured by jackals.
11. But the king will rejoice in God; all those who swear by the name of God will praise him, but the mouths of liars will be silenced.
