Psalms, Chapter 32:

Verses from Psalms, Chapter 32 of the book of Psalms in the Bible.

1. How blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered!
2. How happy is he to whom the Lord imputes no iniquity and in whose spirit there is no deceit!
3. While I kept my sins secret, my body wasted away from groaning.
4. For day and night your hand was heavy upon me; my strength was exhausted as in a time of drought.
5. Then I acknowledged my sin before you and did not cover up my iniquities. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” and you forgave the guilt of my sin.
6. Therefore let all who are pious pray to thee while thou mayest be found; certainly, when the many waters break out, they will not reach him.
7. You are my hiding place; you preserve me from distress; with songs of deliverance you surround me.
8. I will instruct you and teach you the way you should go; I will guide you with my eyes.
9. Do not be like a horse or an ass, which have no understanding; with bridles and halters you control your momentum; otherwise, they are not subject.
10. Many are the sorrows of the wicked, but whoever trusts in the Lord, mercy will surround him.
11. Rejoice in the Lord and be glad, O righteous ones! Sing for joy, all you who are upright in heart!
