Psalms, Chapter 103:

• 1. Blessed be the Lord, O my soul! Blessed be the Lord in his fullness!
• 2. Blessed be the Lord, O my soul! I will not fail to recognize your abundant blessings!
• 3. He is the one who forgives all my transgressions and heals all my illnesses.
• 4. He rescues my life from the abyss and crowns me with love and compassion.
• 5. He fills my existence with good treasures, so that my youth is renewed like the eagle.
• 6. The Lord is the defender of justice and the protector of the oppressed.
• 7. He revealed his ways to Moses, and his deeds to the people of Israel.
• 8. The Lord is compassionate and merciful, patient and full of love.
• 9. He is not always accusing us, nor does He hold a grudge forever.
• 10. He does not deal with us according to our sins, nor repay us according to our iniquities.
• 11. For just as the heavens are above the earth, so is his love for those who fear him.
• 12. And as the East is far from the West, so he removes our transgressions from us.
• 13. As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him.
• 14. For he knows our nature; remember that we are dust.
• 15. The life of man is fleeting like grass; he blooms like a flower in the field,
• 16. but when the wind blows, he is gone, and his place no longer knows him.
• 17. But the steadfast love of the Lord, his everlasting love, is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with his children's children,
• 18. with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his commandments.
• 19. The Lord has established his throne in the heavens, and as king he rules over all things.
• 20. May all his mighty angels bless the Lord and obey his word.
• 21. May all the heavenly armies bless the Lord, fulfilling his will.
• 22. May all your works in all the places of your dominion bless the Lord, O my soul!
