- 2. Then our lips were filled with laughter and our tongues with songs of joy. Among the nations it was said: “The Lord has done great things for them.”
- 3. Yes, great things the Lord has done for us, and therefore we are overflowing with joy.
- 4. Lord, restore us again, as you fill the riverbeds in the desert.
- 5. Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy.
- 6. When they leave, they weep as they sow the seed, but they return with songs of joy, bringing their sheaves.
