- 1. You were favorable to your land, O Lord; You brought restoration to Jacob.
- 2. You forgave the guilt of your people and covered all their sins.
- 3. You have removed all your wrath and turned away from your tremendous wrath.
- 4. Restore us once again, O God, our Savior, and turn away your wrath toward us.
- 5. Will you be angry with us forever? Will you prolong your wrath throughout all generations?
- 6. Will you not renew our lives, so that your people may rejoice in you?
- 7. Show us your love, O Lord, and grant us your salvation!
- 8. I will listen to what the Lord says; he promises peace to his people, to his faithful! Do not let them become foolish again!
- 9. The salvation he will bring to those who fear him is near, and his glory will dwell in our land.
- 10. Love and fidelity will meet; justice and peace will kiss each other.
- 11. Faithfulness will spring from the earth, and righteousness will come down from the heavens.
- 12. The Lord will give us what is good, and our land will yield its harvest.
- 13. Righteousness will go before him and prepare the way for his steps.
